Basic program and technique
Description: Excellent for getting started on a new program or those on a budget. Sessions are primarily technical in nature reviewing proper form with detailed demonstration and practice.

Intensive 101 - 12 sessions
Motivation and accountability to get started
Description: Good for those who want continued oversight, guidance and accountability before going at it on their own. The Intensive 101 helps establish routine and discipline with regularly scheduled, full-speed workouts plus technical sessions. The client is also educated further on general exercise principles and how to implement program modifications to meet their evolving needs and goals.

Description: Ideal for someone who wants to take full advantage of our expert knowledge and have a motivating partner at their side during most or all of their workouts. Workouts are constantly tailored and varied to match the client's progress and keep peak motivation. Results can be seen and measured within this package's timeline.

THE INSIDER - 72 sessions
Limited availability: maximum 4 concurrent clients
Description: We become a deeply invested partner and full-time mentor when it comes to your health and fitness goals. This package is ideal for long term clients who want continuous professional oversight for most or all of their workouts at our very best price. This package has a minimum frequency of three sessions per week. Adherence, consistency and accountability tend to be extremely high with this level of commitment. With regular weekly sessions it is not unusual for people to lose up to 10% body fat (over 50 lbs in some cases). Beginner and intermediate level clients experience tremendous gains in strength, lean muscle and athleticism. You will emerge from our time together feeling like a new person!

All packages include custom program design based on goals, ability and any corrective or post/pre rehabilitative needs. Body composition testing, weight and nody measuremnt tracking are included upon request
Note: Sessions are transferable but must be used up within 1 year from date of purchase.
Sessions typically fall into three categories:
Technical coaching (specific guidance on technique, form, injury prevention, progression and fitness principles)
Full-speed session (general oversight, nuanced technical cues as needed, encouragement, set-up and assistance in a complete, full-speed workout)
Consultation (Q and A, advice and recomendations about any topic within our scope of practice)
